We are a team of animal scientists with knowledge within genetics, nutrition, management and animal welfare.
Our vision
The goal is to present a sustainable and effective alternative to conventional protein sources. Using an alternative protein source as a mean to lessen the environmental effect, and decrease the use of conventional protein sources. Participating in this quest enables both cooperation and innovation with experts within various interdiciplinary fields.
Our solution
Alternative species as a protein source! Food security during climate change and unpredictable weather thus to this. Robust, seemingly risk-free alternative with high adaptability, nutritional value and high reprocreational rate.
